Shipping Information

Mill 89 ships within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will be quoted on a case by case basis. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Our standard shipping & handling rates are as follows:

Below $45 = $ 6.95

$45.01 - $65 = $7.95

$65.01 - $100 = $9.95

$100.01 - $200 = $15.95

$200.01 - $300 = $23.95

$300.01 - $400 = $31.95

$400.01 - $500 = $37.95

$500.01 - $600 = $41.95

$600.01 - $700 = $48.95

$700.01 - $800 = $55.95

$800.01 - $900 = $62.95

$900.01 - $1,000 = $69.95

$1,000.01 - $5,000 = 8% of Merchandise Total

Order Cancellation
Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production.  Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If you must cancel your order please contact ASAP by email afton@mill89.com.

Returns & Exchanges

All refunds/returns/exchanges for artwork, jewelry, and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what we can to help you be happy.

Custom printed/custom framed/handmade/bespoke orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.  

For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.

All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Mill89 does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.

In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Mill89 reserves the right to donate any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.
