My faith, ancestry & experience inspire my craft. I explore ancient symbols, alchemy and mysticism in the hopes of pushing the boundaries of belief in others. As a child I always enjoyed being behind a camera or in a darkroom, and I spent hours beading, weaving & crafting. Continuing to work with those tools, allows me to keep my imagination alive.
I’ve added resin work & silversmithing to my repertoire; I love getting my hands dirty! Art is fun; making it should be an experience of love, imagination & joy and I hope it brings the same to the homes it ends up in.

My formal training in art began in Oakville, Ontario where I studied Classical Animation at Sheridan. My professional career began in film animation and transitioned into commercial design, where I spent most of my career as a Creative Director and Partner for a Toronto advertising agency.
Today, I enjoy working in mixed-media painting, narrative illustration and an assortment of mediums employing a personal vocabulary of gestural marks, scribbles and imagery utilizing both traditional and experimental styles and techniques.
My goal is to challenge the viewer to look beyond the physical and see the world through another’s lens.
